post jam version (~6 hours past fgj deadline :<)

+ added [challenge] mode
                 each level now has a [challenge] variation!
                 wanted to make these before publishing the game here <3
+ added window-focus-thing
~ fixed a bug where sounds started at maximum
~ fixed couple of issues with the html port
~ made slight adjustments to some visuals
~ volume level adjustments
